30 checks, ranked by how often each one actually moves revenue per session. Tick as you go — your progress is saved in this browser.
Run this against your own store with the site open in another tab. It takes about twenty minutes and it will find more revenue than your next three ad creatives.

How to prioritise what you found
Do not fix them in order. Sort what you failed by two questions: how many people hit this page, and how close to the money is it? A broken variant selector on your best-selling product outranks a slow homepage every time.
Rule of thumb
Product page and checkout failures first, because the traffic there has already declared intent and you have already paid for it. Homepage and collection issues second. Speed last, unless LCP is over four seconds — at which point it is first.
What a failed check is worth
Failure
Typical impact
Shipping cost hidden until checkout
One of the single largest sources of cart abandonment
Forced account creation
Meaningful drop-off at the exact moment intent peaks
No sticky add-to-cart on mobile
Costly wherever mobile is the majority of your traffic
Fewer than five product images
Depresses conversion and raises return rate at the same time
LCP over four seconds
Loses a large share of visitors before the page even renders
Impact varies by category and traffic mix — measure on your own store rather than trusting a benchmark. The ordering above holds far more reliably than any specific percentage would.
